A Clunker, A Cog, and a little Puckin

Whew! Its been a busy, stressful weekend. More stressful in just clunker shopping. Shopping is something I'm not very good at. I'd rather find it on the net, sitting within the comfort of my home but with cars you gotta get out and look. So much deceiving going on when your looking at a clunker in the price range I was. I did find my new trailhead cruiser, snowhill slusher though.

Cash talks and the owner let her go for a few bullion less then what he was asking. The Goat hacienda is so happy to have 2 vehicles for the household again.

All that car shopping and making improvements to the Explorer with including flying sparks and a bit o Macgyverism meant no riding this weekend. Flucking sucks I know but its just the way of it. Cycle Analyst did call me on Saturday to let me know my 23 tooth Nexus cog was in for the Alfine. Lose a high gear , gain a low. As weak as my legs are this year, I need all the help I can get.

So to the final note of the day....Last night Ayla and I went to watch PBR's son's team, The Littleton Hawks win the Colorado Qualifier against the Aspen Leafs for the Quebec International Pee Wee Hockey Tournament. Good Luck in O Canada Little Guys!
